Benton County Electric system works with the Ministerial Alliance through the Round-Up Contribution for  Project Help.

This is an opt-in program to assist families and senior citizens in times of need. The monies given through this program are only allowed to assist in paying electric bills.

Participate

The customer's electric bill is rounded to the nearest dollar and the change is given to Project Help. The max contribution for Round Contribution within one calendar year is $11.88

Example:

Electric Bill $11.01    Round   $12.00   Project Help Receives $.99

Electric Bill $11.50    Round   $12.00   Project Help Receives $.50

This program was applied to all customers when started. You are asked when you establish service if you would like to participate.
