BCES assets at customer location may be removed if deemed appropriate

by BCES.

Removing abandoned or deemed appropriate services provides increased

system reliability and ensures BCES is utilizing all assets effectively.

There will be no charge for removal of BCES Assets. If "Application for

Service" is received to establish service, standard procedures and charges will apply.
