20. POLICY FOR THREE PHASE TRANSFORMER BANKS

Pole mounted 3 phase transformer banks are not to exceed 300 kVA.  Any 3-phase bank exceeding 300 kVA will have to be a 3-phase pad mount. All pad mount 3 phase transformers will be charged at market price minus a standard 15 KVA transformer (value: $1,000.00 one thousand dollars). All charges must be paid prior to installation.
